Just add a site to the list with whatever.domain.com, the IP address, space
limitations, and anything else (it wont let you check accept e-mail or web
access). Then go to your DNS control panel and add an A record and a PTR
record.
When their domain is ready to go, just go to the site management and go to
site settings. Change whatever.domain.com to www.theirdomain.com. Then check
web access and accept e-mail. Then go to your DNS control panel, edit the A
record and PTR record, and then add a MX record.
Hope this is what you wanted.
