[cobalt-users] administrator's optional e-mail address (RaQ3)

Hello,

anybody knows for what the "optional" e-mail address you can enter
under "administrator" is for? I had some errors sent to my admin
account (e.g. logrotate problems), and nothing went to the optional
address, although it is working fine.
