[cobalt-users] Help setting up Email for domain

Hi,
 forgive me if im doing something stupid but im new to this.
We are hosting a site  www.batcon.com.au which seams to work fine, but no
matter what Ive tried I cant get for that site working. If I send email to
that site I get

from [203.42.20.2]

553 batcon.com.au. config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
554 <gerry@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Local configuration error


and If we try to use one on the email accounts created on the site to
recieve mail we get

he server could not be found. (Account: 'mail.batcom.com.au', POP3 server:
'mail.batcon.com.au', Error number: 0x800ccc0d).

I guess its something simple im doing wrong but any help would be most
appreicated.
