I can say from experience that it will install on a RaQ2.  I installed it and
test drove it for some time on one a year ago.  I should say that it's my
recollection that something I did using Webmin broke my RaQ2 GUI.  I believe the
entire quota system got hosed.  But I had already modified my RaQ2 somewhat and
I was quite a bit greener back then so I won't say outright that Webmin was 100%
to blame.  I may have posted details if you want to search the archives for my
post.  It was a year ago so good luck.

I installed it from source (tar.gz), but that was a year ago so maybe they have
a Mips RPM now.  The URL is http://webmin.com/webmin/.
