[cobalt-users] RaQ3 RAM Modules (32x64 or 16x64)?

Hi,
Can the RaQ3 accept the 32x64 memory module? Or does
it require the older standard 16X64 chip?
Also does the Cas Latency really matter regarding the
RaQ3 systems? I understand "why" Cas 2 is better than
Cas 3. But isn't Cas 3 sufficant for the RaQ3's
considering the AMD 300 chip and MB isn't really
high-end hardware?
I found the following regarding the 32x64 modules and
it made me think they wouldn't work in the RaQ3's
since they max out at 512MB.
The module is made using a high-density 32x8 DRAM,
each black chip is 32MB in capacity. This is a
single-sided 8-chip configuration. To use this module,
your motherboard must be able to accept a 512 MB DIMM
in each memory slot. If not, your system might only
recognize the chip as 128MB.
Thanks!
Karen R
