[cobalt-users] Limiting connections per site

I have see any throttle module on our RAQ2. I also don't see the word
"throttle" anywhere on the Apache site. Any idea if it's named something
different?

Did you take a look at the Apache Throttle module?  I don't have any
specific experience with said module, but it sounds like something along the
lines of what you're looking for.  Didn't Cobalt compile this into their
Apache binary?
