[cobalt-users] SSI - how to enable on a Raq 3

I have scanned the archives but haven't been able to find a clear answer on
how to enable SSI on a Raq 3.

What is the minimum I need to do?  Is enabling it in the admin. GUI for a
virtual site enough?  Or, do I need to make a bunch of changes to
http.conf, etc. before I can enable it from the admin. GUI.
