Or, as Jeff Lasman suggested, a private group.  As a rule of thumb, I've
avoided Usenet for the past three or four years_ in favor of mailing
lists, due to deteriorating S/N ratio... a private newsgroup would appeal
to me more than a comp.* one, so long as it had adequate archive search
capabilities (a la Deja).
