Running newaliases won't work as this is only affective for changes to the
/etc/aliases files (and any other alias files that you may have) in building
the aliass database.
To regenerate the virtusertable database after having made changes to
/etc/virtusertable you need to use the command:
makemap hash /etc/virtusertable < /etc/virtusertable
