This is true it will advance or regress about 2-3 days. We have it in our
policy to check te date after each reboot. None of the releases that have
come out lately have corrected the issue. The last time we called Cobalt
they said they were working on it. And the NTP server does not change the
problem at reboot but will correct the date on its scheduled update.

Subject: [cobalt-users] System Time and Date
I have been told this is a known problem, every time the system is re-booted
the date advances 3 days on both RaQ3 's I have.
I don't reboot often, but when I do for software upgrades and forget to
change the date it puts some of my data files out of wack as well.
Is there is a patch or remidy to fix this problem?
