Yep...you'll use the Service Agreement form to register your new nameserver
changes.

But,
Also, remember that you have to register your hosts *as* nameservers
themselves. Use the Host Form for this:
http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host
You'll register ns.mydomain.com as a nameserver host and ns2.mydomain.com as
a nameserver.
Then, once those changes go through, you can update your service agreement
so that they are your primary and secondary nameservers...
