This is correct. The QuickTime client has the capability of
'pseudo-streaming'. It actually works pretty well.
Darwin Steaming Server is the actual server implmentation of streaming
quicktime. There are additional benefits to going with DSS, so depending on
what you are doing it may or may not be worth doing.
