My server is setting itself forward several hours at sporadic times.  I have
to set the time correctly at least daily, sometmes more often.  I have tried
setting it to use a time server (the navy one), but it still does this.
Everything else is functioning fine on the server...I just can't figure this
out.  Any ideas?
