Hello,
I use a RaQ3, and it seems that all my statistics I can view from the
GUI are displayed only for one day?! How can I see stats for a week, a
month and so on? I read something about that in the manual, but I
can't find it. Help me, please!!
Apparently this question has been asked on the list, before.
I contacted Cobalt tech support (and "Professional Services")
about this issue several times. No one seems to have any idea about
the problem, nor any solution. Professional Services offered to
charge me $200 to install "Webalizer" for me. I declined.
Consider yourself lucky if you get a whole 24 hour period to
show up in the "Site Usage" stats. I've seen several of mine that
list only the exact MINUTE!
Still looking for a simple solution, myself. Obviously the
Cobalt (Raq3?) manual is incorrect on TWO pages, regarding the
ability to view stats "monthly", "weekly", or "hourly". Perhaps I'll
just spend a weekend day trying to muddle through installing
Webalizer - UNIX newbie that I am. ; )
