This could very well be the case.

Again, I can't speak for you, but our experience has been entirely
positive in dealing with Miva. Support included. They even released
a new .pkg file for the RaQ that dealt with a particular CGI issue
(on our recommendation).

Well, my point was that almost everyone on this list provides some
form of hosting or consulting service; we just don't plug it at
every available opportunity...
