According to nslookup there are no MX records in the primary name
server's zone database for this domain...Did you update the SOA
and can you verify you are ns.isitgone.com?

nslookup -type=mx notlobuk.net.

Authoritative answers can be found from:
notlobuk.net
	origin = ns.isitgone.com
	mail addr = admin.ns.isitgone.com
	serial = 2000072318
	refresh = 10800 (3H)
	retry   = 3600 (1H)
	expire  = 604800 (1W)
	minimum ttl = 86400 (1D)
