According to apache.org it is.  See
http://www.apache.org/docs-1.2/mod/core.html#serveralias.  And it works for
me on a RaQ2.  I should mention that I've upgraded all of my RaQ2s to Apache
1.3.9 or 1.3.11, but nothing on apache.org indicates this is new
functionality.
