Create a user name. give them a password. Make the user a site administrator.
They can then FTP using their the ID you created and password which will bring them directly to their own site, /web. They can then FTP the files. They won't need to change directory.

Peter.

I am hosting multiple domains under 1 IP #.
Must each customer (user) which is added who wants to use FTP, log in and move
up 2 directories and select the /web directory -or- set their FTP client to
recongnize this as the default directory?
I have never used a web host which does not log you right in to your main
directory and feel this is confusing for others to use.
Thanks.
