I've no experience with the sigh.org offering, but from their requirements I
cannot see any reason for it not working at all on either the RaQ2 or RaQ3
(ot RaQ4 now that it's here).
As for alternatives, I can highly recommend WonderDesk. We use this for all
our Support Requests and find it an invaluable asset. Licensing starts at
around $500, but that is very reasonable for this type of solution that can
easily cost $3000+ for similar products. It's available at:
