This is the second time today you've replied to a message on-list without
changing the subject.  Do not do this.  It's misleading and irritating.  And
it's not as effective as posting a clear and relevant subject.  Also, some
users have email readers that thread messages and may show your message in
the original thread even if you change the subject, so please create a new
message instead of replying to a message if it's a new topic.

If by subdomains you mean sites like "myhost.domain.com", you set them up
through the GUI exactly like any other site, but you type "myhost" instead
of "www".  If you mean something different than that please post more
details so we can help you.
