[cobalt-users] Caught SIGTERM, shutting down

I was restarting apache and got the Caught SIGTERM, shuttingdown message in
my error logs.  Anyone ever get this?  If so, how did you fix it.  I believe
its a problem with my httpd.conf file, right?
