It's not a problem on the RaQ2, but I wasn't able to get Apache 1.3.12 to
install on a RaQ3 and I'm quite proficient with installing and configuring
programs like Apache.  I also could not find anyone who stated they were
able to upgrade Apache on a RaQ3.  It doesn't mean it's not possible; it
just means I'm not aware of it being done successfully.  You'll need to
compile Apache with mod_perl, mod_SSL and a few other things that are
non-standard and possibly expected to be in non-standard locations with
modifications by the RaQ3.  Do you actually have a compelling reason for
upgrading Apache?  If not, I wouldn't mess with it.
