I downloaded "g2_7_0update2-linux-c6.bin" from the real.com site together
with the license they send. I ftp'd them to a temp directory on the server
"/tmp". You need to ensure the file has the execute permissions and then
execute "./g2_7_0update2-linux-c6.bin" from the directory you copied the
file. From here the software walks you through the install process asking
things such as where you want to install it, what ports to use, etc...
This said it was fairly simple to install and with the web managment
interface it is a snap to configure and manage.
The only thing I wish they would have done is to provide some type of
suggested path for installation as I'm not sure where the best place to
install it on the server is. If anyone could enlighten me and the list on
that I would appreciate it.
