Sendmail first determines if mail is for local delivery BEFORE doing DNS
lookup.  You can tell sendmail that any domain's email is NOT local. 
Control Panel.  Email Service Parameters.  Receive email addressed to
these hosts/domains.  Make sure the domain isn't listed.
