Take a look at http://www.netnames.co.uk or http://www.speednames.com/ .
Both of these outfits list most of the domains available in Europe, and
appear to be set up to register them. I can't speak for their services
though, as I'm not a customer of either of them. If you have the energy
you can register most of them directly from the country registrars,
sometimes this is cheaper - sometimes not. By and large, I prefer to deal
with the registrars directly (excepting .uk names).

You should be aware though that not all European domain registries
will permit registrations from organisations that do not have
established legal presences in their country.
