You don't really need to know the handle, but if you want to look it up, just 
go to http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois and type "host 
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" into the input field (where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP 
address of the name server).
