[cobalt-users] NASRaq hangs during boot up after an init 6 or reboot

We have a NAQRaQ running Linux with a MySQL database.  The database process
hung, and my user issued an init 6 to attempt to reboot the RaQ.  The LCD
panel now shows a single blinking asterisk, and does not progress through
the boot.  Is there any way other than reinstalling the operating system to
recover from this?
