[cobalt-users] missing users in the GUI

Since doing the OS3 update on a RaQ3 and putting on a self-signed cert. When
I create users on they do not show up on the list in the UI. They are being
created on the server and I'm not allowed to create another user of the same
name with the UI.

Anyone know how to best delete users from the command line? I've created
many users I don't need trying to fix this thing.

I would like to check the error logs on the posgeSQL db but I have no idea
where they are. My guess is that the special sauce is not talking to the db.
Though it does allow me to create virtual sites, just no users.
