[cobalt-users] users administrate multiple sites

Hi all. I'm trying to setup a user (like admin) that would have
permissions to edit any site. However, instead of one admin user, we want
to create a half-dozen or so, all with different passwords. I realize
there are many ways to approach this, so I'll tell you what I've tried (to
no avail):

BTW, we're using a RaQ2!

1) Adding the user to the passwd file and adding their username to the
"admin" group in the group file. This allows them to login to the right
home dir, but does not give them admin priv's
2) Editing the htgroup file and adding all the usernames in there. Didn't
work.

The workaround I've come up with is to add each user to each site listing
in the group file. However, this means doing all this every time a site is
added, and every time a new user (admin) is to be created.

The only other thing I can think of is to edit the appropriate cgi file,
so that when a site is added, and "admin" is added to that site's group,
we also add all of the users we want to add. HOwever, this means blowing
our warranty, and opening possible security glitches.

Does anyone know if there's any way this can be accomplished?
Thanks in advance,
