[cobalt-users] pb with openssh-2.1.1p4

  i was trying to install open SSH openssh-2.1.1p4 on my raq3 but
i have the following message when i try  this
./configure --prefix=/urs/local/openSSH  --with-ssl-dir=/usr/lib
 
i have :

checking for OpenSSL directory... configure: error: Could not find 
working SSLeay / OpenSSL libraries, please install 

 i wonder where are the lib !  they seems to be allready installed 
but i don't find where...
