No.  There is no reason why a Linux server should need to be rebooted on a
regular basis.  Memory leaks, etc., are very rare/non-existant on this sort
of application.  Crashes are extremely rare as well.

Services, if they go awry, can simply be 'restarted'.  Typically this is
done when a configuration change is made, not when something goes wrong.
