If a user checks mail forwarding in the GUI, the RaQ will forward the mail, but
will not delete it from the server.
I tell my users that using mail forwarding is OK, but they must periodically
download their mail directly from the server and have their mail client setup to
delete mail from the server. Warning! If they don't comply their email will
eventually quit working when the mail file becomes 1/2 of their disk quota!, And
it will cost them to fix it!
