hmm, your going to publish spam for free? Without any kinda authentication
this sounds like a kind of shaky approach....you could probably do this
with almost any mail list program that can support archives with a little
fiddling...

Don't assume you are making it easier for people to publish web sites this
way, half the people i deal with can't figure out how to attach files...
