It's funny, this morning, so far, the link has actually been good. I've no
idea if they've done anything since they still haven't bothered getting back
to us, but we're going to have to see how things go at busier times.

The main reason for complaint from us is that we have hosting customers on
the server, so they're checking the server all the time and we've been
getting more and more complaints about poor response time from the Webfusion
server. We also have network monitoring running on all our servers and it's
only the Webfusion server that fails the ping tests through the day.
