man sendmail
Use 'sendmail -bv address@xxxxxxxxxx' to verify the address is first
going to the right place in the server configuration. Is this a new
domain? Check /etc/sendmail.cw (Hint, this is also the little box
that says 'receive e-mail for these domains' in the UI.
If sendmail -bv doesn't give an error or show it's final destination
to be something other than what is expected and sendmail.cw holds it,
try running /etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail reload to see if it will work
after that (sendmail.cw is defined as Fw I think and will only be
read when the sendmail.cf file is read at sendmail's startup.)
If those pass and it still fails, check the DNS for the domain.
See if the MX records point to the server...Make sure that InterNIC
lists the DNS servers you think it should via whois.
