If she's trying to send mail through her ISP's SMTP server, and it isn't 
working, then she needs to contact her ISP to find out why.  Perhaps she 
doesn't have the correct SMTP server name in her e-mail client.  Or perhaps 
their SMTP server objects to the "From" address she has set up in her client. 
 But whatever the problem is, her ISP is the only one who could provide a 
definite answer.
