When you get on RBL <wry grin>.
Or when you get lots of bounces for bad addresses on emails you've never
seen before.
Or when you get a nice email from someone who tells you.
Or when your machine seems to run a little slow.
Or when you find yourself paying for a lot of extra data transfer.
Or you can test your system, by using telnet to mail-abuse.org. This
will only test the system which connects to it, so telnet directly from
your RaQ.
Or you can look at "http://www.abuse.net/relay.html".
