Tried to get more information, but their server is hung. Since it is the OS on
the Restore CD that is running and one has to reboot in order to use the
Restore CD, I am puzzled how the drivers on a virtual linux machine could be
used in place of the drivers on the CD (which is the cause of the problem)?
