Do it the easy way.  Tell him to set his FTP client to default to the /web directory as he logs in.  Works with WS and cute FTP.  No muss no fuss.

Can anyone tell me how I can change the default login location on a raq3?

If one of my users logs in he is transported to /users/web  but i'd like this to change to /web/
