IMHO, you can't beat the Netgear FA310TX (Tulip 21143-based) card, they work,
and they are inexpensive!
Worked so good we updated all our nodes to 100MB using the Netgear card.
NOTE: Do Not use the tulip driver provided with most Linux distributions.
