[cobalt-users] Problem with restore-cd

Hi everyone,
I'm currently experiencing serious trouble appying the restore cd on my
RaQ1.
In the workstation that is linked to the RaQ a 3com 3c905 NIC is installed
which is supported by the cd (according to booklet).
The CD boots up flawlessly and as soon as I power on the RaQ pressing the
left and right arrows it comes up with "Net booting" which actually looks
pretty good.
But this is all that happens, there seems to be *very* little traffic (tx/rx
blinking every 2 - 5 seconds, not traffic after ~ 1 minute).
Now, I have found out that the connection between the NIC and RaQ is working
properly (ping within Windows) and the dhcpd aswell (a connected laptop is
assigned an IP address) I'm quite worried what is going to be wrong.
I already bothered some Cobalt technicians but they couldn't help very much.
A simple sysreset -f wouldn't suffice for me, as I want to upgrade the
software.
Anybody an idea what is going wrong?
Any help is appreciated!
Yours,
Christian
