Brad,
I think my issue here is that I buy a product at a certain price, and in it's manual it states cleary "put all cgi-scripts anywhere under the root web directory and they will work". Therefor when I monitor my logs I don't really like to see error messages that a security feature is not working correctly. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems like a reasonabel expectation. I don't really have time to read >every< message that comes through this list either, so messages entitiled "Mailman" are likely to get skipped over when I'm searching for how to fix yet another "feature". I've never had to figure out so many bugs and configuration issues in my career until I met a RaQ3i recently and my intitial excitement is rapidly growing into disillusionment. I've had nothing but problems it seems, and techincal support on the phone might as well... but I digress Thanks, ~ Theo Brad Rathbun wrote: The info I posted earlier today on how to install MailMan has links to a couple of great pages of info on how to make CGI scripts work. They worked for me. FWIW, though, I found them in the archives. (amongst the other 1500 posts on the same topic)......----------------------------------------------- |
