I get errors like this all the way through the
error log file (/var/log/httpd/error) which finally results in -

Who is this "cgi-wrapper" and why can't he be
found? ;)
This is in addition to the fact that all mail in
the mailq is backed up and giving 'hostname lookup' failures despite the fact
that network services are otherwise working fine.
