If it's okay to come up with commercial advertisement on the list, then:

We have a set of software, that will allow you to make the stats you want (megabytes transferred, counted per ip-address). The program runs on it's own, and do not have to be configured (i.e. it automatically detects when you add ip's to the box, etc.). It counts all kinds of traffic (including web, ftp, mail, dns, telnet, etc.) and it doesn't need to look in your webserver logfiles.

As it's software, it's much cheaper than to buy a seperate box for doing stats.
