We have a box that will sit on your LAN and allow you to do this (for raq
and non-raq servers...any IP address or traffic type can be done). The box
is a full featured bandwidth manager (ala packeteer) but some isps are
using it only for accounting purposes.

While we do have it running on a raq3i (we have not made it available yet
as a software add-on), the advantage to using the external box is that you
only need 1 box ($2100 - $3000) for your entire network.

we are planning in the not-so-distant future to store the data in a mysql
database, but for now the software generates reports via a HTML interface
(daily, weekly and monthly MRTG type graphs and reports). The box also has
a built-in SNMP client that can gather stats from other servers via SNMP.
