[cobalt-users] Cannot see contents of users directories (RaQ2)

Hi,

We are experiencing a strange problem with one of our RaQ2's. When we login
as admin for the server via ftp, we cannot see the contents of any of the
/users/username/web/ directories and yet when logged in with a shell account
we can see a listing of all the files. This is only happening on one of our
servers. What might be the possible cause and solution to fix this?
