$20,000 worth of oracle is hardly enough to put it on a Pentium 200.
Oracle is about a few grands for base install with one or two developpers
allowed on the prod DB, and then $75/MHz. So a Pentium 500 = $37,500!
(I'm talkin licences for an internet server with unlimited
users/sessions...)
