Windows (well, Outlook Express or similar users) users will be disappointed that they miss a lot. For example a lot of unix guys put their pictures in their emails (faces)... this is then showed with the email if you read mail/news using for example Gnus.

Other funny thing that I have used in my email headers: zippyism, showing what mp3 is playing right now, server status, fortunes, just weird language, etc.

Disclaimer: YES, I'm running OE right now. Why? - because right now I'm have to use a braindead laptop that only runs Windows :-(
