Ahh, but there is no need anymore! :)

Actually, I do form opinions based on ISP, language usage (although I also
pay attention the country codes, for non native english speakers), etc. In
cyberspace (OMG did I use that word?) we have very little to go on to get a
judge of character. This is what we are provided with and are forced to
use. Character is actually the wrong word... 'professionality' is what I am
looking for. I appreciate people who present themselves professionally
(Although, I don't always dress that way! :) ), using proper control of
language, etc. It helps the flow of communication.
Certainly you will agree that we all put a lower priority on emails from
aol.com?

You can't post a response and ask someone not to respond. Its called
getting the last word. If you want a thread to stop, the easiest way to
simply stop responding.

Believe it or not, I think this thread has been very productive. It has
filled this list with a couple of extra messages, but it could be considered
as purely an inefficient posting of the list FAQ/guidelines. Certainly will
reduce the number of HTML formatted emails (or at least make more people
aware of the issues) for the next few weeks.
