If I were a CommuniTech customer, I wouldn't be.

I'd also work very hard to get a judge to give me an injunction I could
serve on them prohibiting them from sending email to any of my
customers.

I'd also sue them as quickly as I could find an ambulance chaser, er...
lawyer.
